I'm glad that I don't have depression, I've been to something close to it before which was being emotionally numb and it sucks specially when I found out that was an early sign of depression. I'm glad I recovered from it (Well, I still am) and I'm greatful that when something bad happens, just one distraction later and I'll be fine again. I hope this doesn't backfire on me someday-

Well I mean I know narcissism and anxiety seem completely opposite they both stem from the same place. Although narcissistic people always seem like their cocky and really rude to everyone because they are better, it is because they have anxiety and it is a form of anxiety, they look completely different from the outside but they can really be steamed to the same problems.

I've trained myself to have a "glass half full" perspective on life so I make this weird attempt to stay happy, but I have social anxiety too and every time I have to talk on the phone I freak out. At my first job, I had to answer the phone to take an online order and the call itself took about ten seconds, but the thought of answering the phone at all made me have a mental breakdown at work, and I hid in the back. Social anxiety is probably the worst kind because you NEED PEOPLE but you're constantly afraid of everyone all the time and it's crushing because you're so terrified of getting help from a person who can and wants to help you. It's like the exit door got stuck and you're locked inside a burning building that won't collapse and put you out of your misery.

The only social anxiety I have is I cant talk to waiters or waitresses directly. I'm 15 and whenever they go to me I'm always like mom can you order for me. Also I think everyone on ISslows has some sort of mental health issue. Mine is adhd and maybe OCD OCD OCD OCD OCD OCD.

I CAN RELATE SO HARD, I LITERALLY LAST TIME I WENT TO A STORE THOUGHT EVERYONE HATED ME BECAUSE MY BACKPACK WAS BIG. I realize now that it was kinda dumb to think that way, but I can´t really help it. Whenever I go outside I get really stressed and I have a hard time keeping my breathing under control while my heart is beating fast, I´m sweating a lot and getting all red. I´m currently at home for ed treatment, so I´m not being social atm. I´m allowed to go out on walks with my family but those 10 minutes I go outside are absolute hell. I´m not in school rn either, and ofc I´m convinced that no one there really misses me and that all I´ve done now is just freeing some space by not being there. I´ve told some of my friends about it kinda, but then I just say that I´m a bit shy.
